Founder & Director
As the founder of M&D properties, Dror is the force behind the company. With more than 23 years’ experience in the building trade, there is very little that Dror hasn’t done for his clients. As the Managing Director of the company, Dror is in charge of the day to day running of the business as well and meeting new clients and liaising with architects on the various aspects of the company’s projects. Dror cares about his clients. He takes the time to find out exactly what the client’s wishes are and will always be realistic about what they can achieve within their budget. He knows that achieving the best results comes from this close relationship and he would rather be honest from the start if the clients’ wishes cannot be met for any reason.
Tova joined the company in 2014 and has been instrumental throughout its growth. As our Office Manager, she is solely responsible for all the organisation and logistics of the office and all of the company’s HR matters including recruitment. Her role also sees her holding up senior management wherever it is needed. Tova trained as a lawyer and practiced labour law for two years before pursuing a career as an actress. She graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with an MA in Performing Arts and has appeared in several films and shows across the UK. She is married and has three lovely daughters.
Co-Founder & BookkeeperMarie is the company’s Book Keeper and also one of its directors. She helped create M&D together with Dror who just happens to be her husband. She is also very interested in design and photography and has a great deal of influence on the company’s marketing material. Marie has two children and has been living in London for a few years with her family. She is very interested in charity and is active within the Cancer Research Foundation.
